We backpacked the world with electric toothbrushes that we bought at CVS. All they needed were one AA battery each and those babies were golden. 1. Clean
This setting is meant for a deep clean, it's a little intense. Think of a car wash and how your vehicle goes through the sponges and washers. This setting really allows the bristles on the brush to give your teeth a really clean feeling after.
2. White
This setting should pretty much speaks for itself. This is similar to the clean setting, but 2.0. It’s vibration is a little bit higher in speed and you can definitely tell the difference. It’s easy to see why this whitens your teeth over time!
3. Massage
This is an interesting setting, especially after cycling through the ones that precede it. Yet, massage is probably my (Molly's) favorite overall and the one that will likely be my go-to on a daily basis -- every morning and night. Why? It’s strong, soothing, and leaves me feeling like I just left the dentist chair.

4. Gum Care
Funny story… Josh’s dentist actually told him that he brushes too hard and needs to be more gentle when brushing his gums. This setting is great for people who tend to do the same. It’s a gentle, yet effective massage to keep your gums healthy.
5. Sensitive
Another great option for those Josh’s out there, haha! This is obviously the least aggressive of the settings, but still effective when it comes to cleaning. Josh actually uses toothbrush for sensitive brushers so that paste and this setting go hand in hand.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
What we like about owning a CariPro vs. a generic electric toothbrush is that you hardly need to use any pressure while using it on your teeth. Hence, less replacement heads are needed which results in reducing plastic usage. We also like that it plugs right into the wall of my bathroom to conveniently charge. Therefore we don't have to keep wasting batteries every time it dies; this brush is a win-win for reducing waste and leaving a smaller environmental footprint.
